Our Halloween chocolate pumpkin hides beneath its shell a generous almond and hazelnut praline, garnished with crispy lace crumbles, fleur de sel and Bourbon vanilla.A hint of fleur de sel balances the sweetness of the praline, while Bourbon vanilla in the pod completes the recipe with its aromatic notes.Two chocolates are offered: the 72% dark chocolate %, for a more intense expression of the cocoa, and the 39% milk chocolate %, for a sweeter and more milky tasting.Are you a fan of praline?
