For Halloween, Basile & Téa revisit the indispensable pumpkin in a creation entirely made of chocolate and resolutely indulgent.Beneath its chocolate shell is a generous almond and hazelnut praline, topped with crispy lace crumbles, fleur de sel and Bourbon vanilla.Crafted by hand at the chocolate factory in Pont-Évêque, in the Isère region, this chocolate pumpkin is available in two flavors: dark chocolate 72 % or milk chocolate 39 %.Dimensions: 13 × 13 cm

A heart of crunchy almond and hazelnut praline

At the heart of our pumpkin is a praline made with almonds and hazelnuts, to which we add lacey crêpes to add a delicately crispy texture.A pinch of fleur de sel balances the sweetness of the praline, while Bourbon vanilla in pod completes the recipe with its aromatic notes.Two chocolates are offered: the 72% dark chocolate %, for a more intense expression of the cocoa, and % the 39% milk chocolate, for a sweeter and more milky tasting.Are you a fan of praline?
