What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?

Initially, if you are absent at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a calling card with details of how to collect your parcel. The time limit for collection is generally 15 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us, and you will once again bear the shipping costs.

What are shipping costs?

Shipping costs include packaging, labor and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders.
