Basile et Téa's online store delivers to mainland France and Monaco - (excluding Corsica)

Option to specify delivery date when ordering 

Home delivery by Chronopost or Chronofresh 4°C with the PREDICT service to manage your delivery or reschedule in case of absence. 

What should I do if I haven't received my parcel? 

Initially, if you are absent at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a calling card with details of how to collect your parcel. The time limit for collection is generally 15 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us, and you will once again bear the shipping costs. 

What are shipping costs? 

Shipping fees include only postage with no markup; we offer packaging and labor at no charge. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders.
