Sourced from Maison Corsiglia, our candied ginger from Asia is then processed in our chocolate workshop in Pont-\u00c9v\u00eaque, in the Is\u00e8re department: we cut it, dry it, coat it with a thin layer of 100 % cocoa, and then enrobe it in 70 % dark chocolate.<\/p>\n
